SESHAN25 was out from ~04:15 - ~09:56; schedule was halted.
BR-VLBA cable calibrations looks suspicious and degrade the solution, the
corrections were turned off.
Parameterization comments: One cllock break was added to HN-VLBA and two clock breaks were added
to PIETOWN to compensate breaks in their cable calibrations.
Other comments: The session was correlated at the VLBA, fourfit fringed at USNO.
